Overall, the hotel is actually the finest hotel I’ve stayed at In Montreal ;over the years,I have stayed at several of the better known ones here. The rooms here are large, modern, well equipped, and very quiet. One does not really hear any outside noise in the rooms- which is very different from some other hotels I have stayed at. The HVAC system works very well and the staff is both gracious and accommodating. The restaurant is really quite excellent, and the wait staff is very good. One waitress in particular (Asal) is notable for her excellent work. Really my only negative on the Hotel at all is that the restaurant closes at 11 AM until dinner time at 5 PM on weekdays, which makes it difficult to have lunch at the hotel. While there are plenty of local restaurant options nearby, it would be nice in the bad weather to be able to have a meal there midday after 11 AM .

Perfect location downtown Montréal within walking distance of the majority of major corporate offices, hip restaurants & bars. Recommend Budget transportation to this hotel with the public #747 bus from Montreal’s International Pierre Elliot Trudeau (YUL) is a 25-45 minute trip costs ~CAD $12 & the bus stop “Bishops” is right in front of the hotel & the return bus is directly across the street. Cheaper & sometimes faster than a taxi / car ride service as the bus has dedicated transit lanes, especially out of the airport. I had a standard, very clean king bedroom that was spacious included a mini fridge (no mini bar though), Kuerig coffee maker, choice of free high speed WiFi or plug in Ethernet, business desk, digital safe, large bathroom with walk in shower. The room had Eastern views of the city & the St. Lawrence seaway. The indoor pool was unfortunately closed for servicing & is on the 15th floor. Didn’t make It to the gym also on the 15th floor. The front desk was polite & helpful. Didn’t try the restaurant or eat breakfast.

At first we were super unhappy with the room they assigned us as it was adjoined to another room. A demonic child was staying next to ours and was pulling on the door and screaming. Thankfully the Front Desk was nothing less than fantastic and with no hesitation reassigned us to a much better room. We were disappointed the pool was closed for half our stay but otherwise it was comfortable and clean. It's in a great location with lots of food options and fast uber pick ups. Thank you to the Front Desk team there as well for putting up with all my requests!

We had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites – Montreal Centre-ville Ouest by IHG overall. We stayed in a Queen Standard room, which was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was also very clean and came with basic amenities. A coffee machine was available in the room, although the number of coffee pods provided was a bit limited. The room size was decent, not too large but comfortable enough for a short stay. Initially, we were given a city-view room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a river-view room on a higher floor at no extra cost, which was a very nice gesture and much appreciated. The swimming pool and gym were spacious and clean, making them a great addition to the stay. Local amenities, shops, and restaurants were very close by, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel also offers on-site parking, which is paid and must be reserved in advance, but it is useful to have this option in a busy city location. Pros: Clean rooms and bathrooms Free room upgrade to river view Large and clean pool and gym Convenient location near local amenities On-site parking available (with advance reservation) Cons: Room service was not very prompt Some staff members did not seem very welcoming toward English-speaking guests Overall, it’s a comfortable and conveniently located hotel with good facilities. With some improvement in service efficiency and staff attitude, it could easily offer an even better experience.

We stayed at Holiday Inn in Montreal and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and well maintained, with a beautiful lobby. It’s located in the city center, yet the area is quiet and peaceful, offering nice views of the city’s high-rise buildings. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was very good. Parking is available for an additional fee, which was clearly communicated. Overall, everything was great. Thank you very much to the team for the attention and hospitality!

This is probability one of the nicest holiday inns I've stayed at or even hotels in general, I've been to quite a few. Overall the hotel and the room was very clean. All the staff i spoke to were nice as well. Considering the location of this hotel, the price was very good too, so I cant complain about no breakfast inclusion here. I didn't try the restaurant in the lobby, generally I'm not a fan of hotel restaurants, but there are a lot of options in walking distance. The pool was out under construction while I was here for a week so didn't get to try it but the gym is beside it and was decently equipped. Parking is extra, for underground.

Not bad. But no free breakfast which is why we usually choose holiday inn. Also the charge for parking plus charging for our EV was a bit ridiculous. Lots of hidden fees like that, which again, is why we usually pick Holiday Inn. Rooms and hotel were clean and well enough appointed and the location is great. The staff were nice enough and friendly. No concerns there. Really appreciate the onsite charging as well. I think it falls a bit short just because of the way they run their business is not what we’ve come to expect from an IHG hotel.

We stayed last weekend at Holiday Inn & Suites Montréal Centre-Ville Ouest and absolutely loved it! The room was big, spacious, and very clean. Underground parking is $36.50 overnight and clearly indicated when booking,no surprises. We didn’t even use our car because everything is within walking distance. The Bell Centre was only a 5-minute walk for our show. perfect location! Tons of restaurants and shops nearby too. There’s also a pool, gym, spa, and sauna, which was a great bonus. And the bed? SO unbelievably comfortable. Slept amazing. Would definitely stay here again!
